Pathetic service to customer

Stood 2 hours in a line just so that a telkom employee could tell me that she doesn't work at this branch and cannot assist me with booking in my broken mobile phone. Apparently none of the permanent staff at the Mitchells Plain branch is working today so no one could inform me whilst i was standing in a god dam line for 2 hours. Telkom youse are the worst employees included.
