Pathetic Service Telkom Tygervalley.

Pathetic service from Telkom Tygervalley! The mobile phone accompanying a new contract was faulty and was not replaced by Telkom (who opened the box in front of us themselves) but sent for repair! 3 months later they do not know where the phone is! At each of our 5 visits to their branch their seems to be a new branch manager (Emile, Ramona etc. etc). They refuse to offer a new phone. They are not compliant with the Consumer Protection Act and not offering any solution. They simply do not care.
