pathetic service telkom Phoenix plaza

The service is pathetic I waited this far 45 minutes in the line with no services it's a Saturday and they have only 2 staff members employed has per Muslim gentlemen working here the line is gone far back has outside the shop I find this ridiculous 2 service people and they been assisting the same clients since hour plus has per other unsatisfied customers this branch has no customer centricity..
