Pathetic service Telkom Mobile

Absolutely pathetic customer service received from the Ballito upper level store. We enquired about an upgrade renewal that was pushed along for a few months. We were told by the assistant (and Indian female) that even though they had stock of the watches that are to be given as a free gift, they cannot give us one on the day as they decided it would be for new contracts only. After debating for a while, I didn't have the energy to continue, she was to call us to collect the watch by the Monday.

No calls backs and when we call, no answer. We eventually go to the store a week later. This time there is a "larger" Indian female, I'm assuming the manager, with thee most arrogant attitude standing at thee door. She spoke to us as if we are illiterate! The damn cheek. We are paying customers. I cannot believe the calaber of staff Telkom Mobile has in their stores. Guess what? Still no watch or feedback or estimate date.
