Pathetic service - telkom line suspended erroneously

As of yesterday am I not able to make calls from my landline. I phoned in this morning to log a fault and below please see sequence of calls made and Reponses received:

Faults dept – spoke to Wonga – he informed that he cannot log a fault as my line has been suspended. He referred to billings department

Billings dept – spoke to Nancy – she confirmed that my account is not suspended and that my account is not arrears and that my line is active. She referred back to faults dept.

Faults dept – spoke to Hlengiwe – she informed now that my profile/services has been deactivated and referred me to New services/sales to reactivate my account

Sales/services – spoke to Puzile who informed again that my account and line is active and informed that faults department needs to log a fault

Faults dept – spoke to Nelisiwe who now has informed that she cannot log a fault as the message she is now receiving is that my phone number has been changed without my consent and that my new number is ........ This is ridiculous, she referred me to speak to residential 10213 and enquire

10213 – spoke to Rajesh and he confirms that my old number has not been changed and still belongs to me and that the new number does not belong to me and have to phone 10210 again and complain

Now when I phone 10210 and key in my phone number , it tells me that this phone number is invalid

What has Telkom done to my account. I have now spent over 2 hours over the phone trying to resolve this and no one can assist and keeps transferring me to different departments. This is frustrating and ridiculous.
