Pathetic Service Telkom Landline out of order from 25 January 2018 No Response From Call Centre

Telkom Can You Please Attend to our query logged on the 25 January 2018 regarding telephone lines being cut... We have called call center numerous times but do not get any response... Our landline has been out of order since 25 January 2018. This is totally unacceptable. Please can you send a technician out to rectify the problem immediately.
