Pathetic service - Telkom Kolonade centre

Worst service ever by staff and store manager. With staff like these in your stores you will not get business. I went in first thing in the morning at 9h00 systems was down we wanted to upgrade to iphone 7 plus on which they rep**** they dont have stock but they will help with iphone 7 when they online of which they only had one. We went back three times of which they were still offline. I took the number and said I'll phone to see if they back. I went back after I phoned and confirmed just to get there and they sold the only one I've requested. Then asked for Ipone 8 no stock, samsung s10e out of stock then samsung s9 no stock in my life never experienced such ********** service. Then asked to see the store manager and she kept me waiting for another 20 minutes. When I asked her name she was not willing to give her name because she knew I wanted to lodge a complaint she does not deserve the name manager and same for the staff
