Pathetic service telkom call center

Pathetic service yet again. I have been requesting a cancellation on my telkom Fibre line since mid July with absolutely no results whatsoever. It is now September and after being put on hold and presumably forgotten on my last call to them which lasted 18 + minutes I am at my wits end. The previous call was 21minutes. I was given an email address (***) to follow up on my request. After 3 emails I still have not received a response. Pathetic pathetic service as always.
