Pathetic Service Telkom Business Department!!!

Pathetic service, they just don't care at all!!! Reported a fault still not fixed everyday I call in no one can tell me what's going on they escalate and escalate and I just get dumb messages from them that, We are busy investigating the cause of the problem.... how long are you investigating the problem?
