Pathetic Service Telkom And Checkers

Hi I am really disappointed and disgusted with the service delivery from telkom. From beginning of march 2020 we have been having issues with telkom land line and been logging in faults but till now no one as sorted the fault. To add to the frustration i have been to checkers malvern and given the lady two seperate bills to make payment the one being water and electricity and the other telkom however the lady pays all of the funds into telkom account. Now im sitting with a issue with municipality and telkom. I go to telkom and ask them to do a refund,provide them with all the details and the lady from refunds dept says it takes 7 days and you will receive payment,it goes second week and still no payment,i mail the lady in refunds,no reply,I call and she says sorry I cant do anything I sent the documents through the systems are down will take weeks to come back,had to borrow money pay municipality and waiting for telkom. I leave a message for telkom,a lady calls and says hello and cuts the call,no call back. Yesterday I go back to telkom they say leave your number someone will get back to you. Today after 6pm Inreceive a call from telkom billing dept and I explain to agent my issue,he says well let me speak to floor team leader,I wait 15 min he says she said shes busy she cant speak to you,leave your number,I ask him how long it takes for money to be refunded he say 60 DAYS,like really dude which age are we in,even international payments dont take that long,so I asked for managers email,he says his not allowed to provide me with his email,ask for team leader and wait another 15 min,speak to team leader and she says i dont know why it takes 60 days its a large amount thats why it could be,we dont ask questions as to why,by the way the amount is R1700,so now im really upset and irritated and im asking for your assistance as I was wanting to get the cordless phone from telkom because we have teo sick females and due to emergencies I thought it will be helpful but this is the service delivery.Pathetic!
