Pathetic service Telkom

I am totally disgusted with the service I've received from Telkom. My wifi was suddenly turned off AFTER my payment was deducted off my bank account. I've been without my wifi connection for almost two weeks. Not one person seems to be able to help me. No one you phone seems to know how to help and the people are rude. All I want is my wifi restored and no one wants to help me. How is Telkom one of our leading telecommunication companies when they can't restore a wifi connection. Now they also want to force you onto Fibre. I am a widow with a 9year old daughter with a job that pays minimum wage. I can't afford Fibre connections. Telkom has a zero vote from me for their pathetic service.
