PATHETIC SERVICE TELKOM

Pathetic and Disgusting service from Telkom. Call Centre and Telkom stores have no uniformity. Each consultant from your Call centre supplies different information, they advised me to go into the store who supply you with their own version. Been between the store(Musgrave Centre)(Winderemere) and call centre for the last 4 days now. No assistance, Call centre agents drop the call and do not have the courtesy to respond back. Also sent requests for Call Back on your website on 3 different occasions no call back, why do you have this option, 4 days now and no call back......Where is your Service Recovery Department, A Massive organization like yourselves..........Your staff in the stores are unprofessional, chewing gum, talk anyhow to clients, not prepared to assist with service, service etiquette non-existent. Regret giving you another chance. Will try another service provider.
