Pathetic service - TELKOM

Telkom u are pathetic. I decided to change service providers for my home wifi due to cost and i wish i never did. I had taken a deal with telkom and they installed the router in someone else's house. All the while billing me for something i did not even have. The router was eventually delivered and we requested that they take it back as we no longer wanted to use the service. We visited the store at la lucia to cancel the package and they told us to go to the contact center as they had handed us over. Again for something i did not have. Now i am being sent emails and sms's threatening legal action again for something i did not have and asked to he canceled. Telkom u are in the wrong here u did not honor my wishes as the customer and now i have to pay for something i did not have. Make it make sense.
