Pathetic Service Telkom

Relocation request with Service Provider on the 20th June. Installation of fibre done by Openserve on the 7th July - tech report a fault with the cables. As at today (20th July) still not resolved. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. Who will reimburse my data?? my airtime??
