PATHETIC SERVICE TELKOM

I bought a pre paid data bundle at the liberty mall Telkom branch. After standing in a que for over an hr the lady that helped me was pleasant. I ask about buying data at a later stage and was told this would not be a problem -I am to ask any person on the floor and they will help, This is to prevent standing in the que . Well this did not work. I ask the lady on the floor -She said wait and some will come now. An hr later I was helped.
