Pathetic service Telkom

I cancelled my Telkom LTE effective 31 Dec and it was cancelled the next day. Funny enough I was billed for the month today. I called the call centre and they are unable to refund my funds until they log and resolve the query. Telkom ********ly took my money and I now have to wait 72 hours for a call back? A call back that never happens!!!! Please resolve asap. Do not use Telkom. Service is pathetic.
