Pathetic service Telkom

Telkom has been extremely useless.

I am trying to change my email address. My 24 month contract is over and has moved to a month to month contract which I want to cancel. Problem is they have a work email that I don't have access to anymore.

Trying to change my email address to go to create an online profile because that's the only way to cancel has been extremely difficult.

This process is in effective. With other networks consultants call you and you have the option for them to cancel your contract after the 24 months.

Telkom is horrible to work with
