Pathetic Service - Telkom

Telkom have been utterly useless in their dealings with my transfer of a line from old address to new one. Transfer was app**** for on the 25/12/2017 and to date i am being told it is with cabling technicians and they will escalate the matter. Its almost 3 months!!! It has become such a tedious process to go into the store to complain and follow up and ofcourse to call in all the time. To date i don't even have a fault report number just a sales order number: ********** 71A... It’s sad that you have just joined the levels of disappointing service providers. I suppose that your service isn’t as wonderful as you advertise it to be and it’s certainly prompting me to seek better.
