Pathetic Service Telkom

What daylight ******* is telkom busy with and the service they give is disgusting to say the least. I have never dealt with such *********** idiots in my life before. Stupid, illiterate staff that don't know what they doing. God ,telkom is beyond pathetic. I spoke Ayanda ,Njabulo and Sandile to name a few idiots I had the displeasure to speak with and yet I am still not assisted.

I app**** for fibre and was informed to pay and advance amount which I did .now the stupids are telling me my payment is not reflecting and I used the incorrect reference number which "they" by the way sms's me and my application was cancelled due to my payment which I have proof of was not reflecting and transferring me from sales to speak to dumb idiots and to billing to further speak with more idiots who transfered me back and so it went for days. Oh my God you guys should be ashamed of yourself , Learn your product and know how to deal with customers and do not lie and lie and say technicians will come and we will trace your payment and maybe it was paid to Openserve and a whole lot of BULL they selling me before blindly transferring me . I'm waiting since the 11th or 16th and still I am not helped.
