Pathetic service - still NO connection

<p> </p> <p>Hi, </p> <p> </p> <p>December 24th 2016 - our line ( ********** ) was cancelled and we moved to a new place. The consultant stated that I will receive an SMS for the new installation date. </p> <p> </p> <p>We received no confirmation so 04th January 2017 we sent to a telkom store. The consultant told us that installation was set for 28th December 2016 but it was cancelled. I asked how this was possible , she stated that "it’s due to us being near a telkom station. Then I asked so who cancelled that appointment. She checked, after approximately 30 mins, she said she can’t find a reason it was cancelled. </p> <p> </p> <p>I had explained to her that we return to work on the 09th and after this period, I will have nobody at home and I will not be able to take leave again. She arranged an installation for 10th January, That was the best she could do. I went to work and arranged for my husband to stay at home on the 10th.</p> <p>There was an SMS only that morning stating Technician has been dispatched......The entire day passed by but nobody came. </p> <p> </p> <p>10th January 2016 My husband went to a telkom store. Spoke to consultant whom reassured him that he will contact him tomorrow morning first thing. My husband asked how he can be in contact and he supp**** his email address ( ********** He sent several emails but got NO RESPONSE. Not long after that we received another SMS stating installation will take place on 18th January. </p> <p> </p> <p>During this time, I have no other means of communication to Telkom. Trying to call from my mobile just runs up the bill. However 14th January I managed to call them and explain. I kindly asked them to arrange another convenient date 19th January, but he said he cannot - he can reschedule for February. </p> <p> </p> <p>What Telkom is doing is really terrible. This is NOT the first time,,,,,,,you guys just swallow our monies but never strive to make a client happy. </p> <p> </p> <p>****ed off </p> <p> ********** </p>
