Pathetic service sell direct/telkom

Being a client for many years with multiple contracts,companies like this still do not respect you and your privacy. They share ur info to companies like sell direct,people who cannot even speak proper English and sound like bushmen. However even tho I renewed or upgraded my contract this company sell direct calls me on behalf of telkom saying by being g so loyal to telkom,telkom has given me a P Smart 2021 just for being loyal . I k ew there's a catch,however u still continued and was advised the fee is R255 a month which I also agreed upon. I was then charged and debited R150 for a power bank,I was called to confirm address which was given and they confirm all details where correct. I then received an sms to say it will be delivered on Tuesday and I should have I'd and proof of add when courier arrives. I took the day off. I then received an sms saying my parcel cannot be delivered,the courier company CoutierIt didn't even call me but I have ppl in there that works there. They advised me the parcel will be returned to sender as adress was incorrect although I was called again to make sure delivery address was correct. I called sell direct and asked for my money that they debited and was told ut will be in my account the next day which still isn't.
