Pathetic service, rude staff

After ADSL cables were ****** more than 3 weeks ago, Telkom failed to provide any proper support. No one have a clue what they are talking about. You get sent from pillar to post and have to deal with the rudest, *********** agents who don't know what they are talking about.

No supervisors, available. I've been to the Telkom store and there too, you wait and wait and deal with staff that are lazy and don't know what to do. The manager at Baywest Branch advised the device would be delivered. On following up a week later, the colored lady (who looks like has a grudge against the world) said NO there is no such "plan" available.

Telkom is a really **** company. No accountability whatsoever.
