Pathetic service, *******
My service was suspended while I disputed charges against me. Requested voice record, not granted. Instead, further charges imposed. Now my simcard is blocked from their network, but they keep debiting my account. Told to go to their shop, but there's no shop in a 250 km radius from where I stay. Where do I report this?
