Pathetic Service Rendered

Pathetic service ???. I’m absolutely livid with Telkom, you guys sent an in order to debut my account in the wrong date this past Friday - 24th after I’d clearly stated that my debit should only be scheduled for the 25th of each month, now with that debit bouncing off my account my bank bills me for an error that resulted from your mistake ? Then after sending rather unpleasant messages as “reminders”, I went on to make a payment at an “easy-pay” facility only for you debit my account today 4days after the initial debit order date . This is *******, action this !!!
