Pathetic service regarding a refund that takes almost 3 months to pay out when they promised 7-10 days

My name is Niyaaz Barendilla the affected number ***, a refund of R1236.27 was supposed to be paid to my account, I have called and emailed numerous agents and nothing has been done. I'm highly irrate at this stage you would be yourself, I'm not well have been up and down to the doctors, I need the money so I can pay my medical bills for the blood works that had to had done. Can you please sort this out for me, I have been waiting over 2 months and have numerous agents emailing me saying it will be done when nothing is done. I forwarded my bank statements acc details and ID, and if I have to send it one more time I'm going to go crazy. Im a very loyal telkom customer and don't expect this service. The refund has not been paid out, I logged the complaint at the end of July if not earlier, and everyone says it's being investigated and will take 7-10 days. Please get back to me Thanks
