Pathetic Service Recieved From Tekom

Good day

We have had endless problems with Telkom for the past 4 months now we have a WIFI rooter and landline that has not been working for the past three weeks now. every time we contact Telkom we get told they are replacing the cable and nothing more....in the mean while I don't have my landline working for the past three weeks now and my internet connection switches on and off as you please and you expect me just to accept and not get frustrated but yet when it gets to month end you clearly have no problem debiting my account!!! This is poor and pathetic service this morning my husband called in and refused to speak to an call centre agent and asked to speak to management no one was available no surprise though and they will get a Bianca to call him back and hours later still no call. We have come to the stage that we no longer want to do business with Telkom because it sucks. Can you please get someone of higher authority to contact my Husband Mr Achmat ********** or Myself with regards to our frustration.

Good day Telkom At this moment I am fuming so angry I am with your management team as well as your Technicians. I logged my complaint on 16/10/2017 on the 20thb Moenieb rep**** asking for my home Number and ever since I have heard nothing from ANYONE at Telkom. Yesterday I personally called your call centre spoke to Claus he advised the technician was sent out 11/10/2017 but cannot give me any feedback - another waist of time eventually I asked to speak to management much to my surprise once again it was Bianca and she REFUSED to take mu call, kept telling the agent what to tell me but refused to come to the phone herself. now that's very professional Telkom! When my husband called in last week he was also told Bianca will call him till today nothing I am sure that is your guys standard line Bianca will call you back and it today I have not received a call from her nor an e-mail from Moenieb. YOUR SERVICE SUCKS TELKOM and I would not recommend anyone to take a contract with your company nor WIFI. Your service is unsatisfactory and pathetic that you offer your clients and I am definitely getting my husband to cancel our internet with you and I am happy to say I will never ever do business with Telkom again.
