Pathetic Service received from Telkom South Gate Mall branch!

I purchased a router from Telkom Southgate mall on the 04-03-2020. The router is D-LINK AC1200 DB Router for R1299-00.

It was the incorrect one. I went back 4 times to return it. Everytime I went back I was told that they are offline and can not retrieve the invoice.

On my 4th visit I spoke to a lady by the name of Lelo Ndlovu. She took the router back and said she will retrieve the invoice and contact me.

Till today I have not received any feedback. It is over a month and everytime I call Lelo I am advised that she has still not retrieved the invoice. She keeps promising to give me a call.
