PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER THIS ONE

in January i contact your retentions department to cancel whatever products i have with Telkom, Their retentions consultant advised that i can simply downgrade the product i have effective from the 1st of February 2021 Now you send me a bill that shows me i still have the same product. i will reverse any money that comes out of my account because i never agreed to being debited!!
