Pathetic service provider

I purchased data on my banking app, and I haven't received the data, when I called in they gave some poor excuse of the system was down. And I would be refunded once completed. Up until today I have not been refunded my data and Telkom expects me to take off a day in the week to go to the bank to sort there mess out. This service is pathetic and I want to cancel all contracts I have with Telkom
