Pathetic service Provider

Telkom is a super Pathetic service provider, I bought a Telkom sim card to Port my Old number to. I tried numerous times and every time I receive a message that the porting service is temporarily out of order and that I should follow other channels. Theire website is even more useless as there is no option to do the porting on line. I checked the option to call me back wich I am still waiting Theire reply.
