PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER!!!

Telkom is pathetic, I took a contract in December and they debited my account even before receiving my phone, now they have double debited my account. Why must I be inconvenienced cos you didn't take my December payment into account and why am I not allowed to change payment method to cash? I regret taking a contract with telkom!!!!!!!
