pathetic service provider

<p>I have been a telkom customer for few years now but the service i normally get from maponya mall is pathetic.i never got what i wanted without complaining.everytime when you call that store,the phone is not answerd.u end up driving to them unnecessarly.i highly hate that store i never got a service from it..i realy cant wait to end my contract with telkom.if telkom cares they need to open a branch in a central place around soweto.maponya mall is failing us as customers.even the consultants are always unsure about their product knowledge when serving u they are so clueless and *********** in front of us</p>
