Pathetic service provided

Good day

I wanna complain about the service I got this morning from your sales department I called to do migration from open line to Top up . . . I went through to Mr Adam Pillay he said I must choose option 4 however that department was dealing with fixed lines not mobile I was required to re dial the number and choose option 3 again. . I did that lucky enough I went thru to the same guy. . He required me to choose option 4 again. . He gave me Poor pathetic service he did not help me. . I wrote email still there was no feedback
