Pathetic service poor staff

Poor service, went to 2 stores and called call centre who were all so unwilling to assist, agents will cancel service without thought. No wonder the company is performing so poorly financially due to staff who are *********** who actually don’t care about service. My internet is still off and I am so tired of dealing with Telkom, I cannot wait to cancel,
