PATHETIC SERVICE - PLEASE HELP ME

I am extremely frustrated with the service I have received from Telkom. Im not sure what to do next. we ordered and ADSL line on the 23 October and to date nothing has been installed yet. The call center keeps saying our order is being processed or they are experiencing technical difficulties with no clear date of when the installation will take place.

When i complained they said gave me a date when someone will come over - no one came, i complained again, yet another date was given and no one has come. why on earth are they lying to me and giving me false information - this is pathetic customer service! i am so frustrated and im almost in tears right now :-(
