Pathetic service, over priced and don't want my money

Signed a contract for a 4mb adsl line, havent received a full 4mb speed line. Maximum service received was 1mb speed. Pathetic service, over charging clients for no service. Can't even link my service to the app. Refuse to let one pay at the counter, then they **** my service after not wanting my money. Forcing me to pay a cancelation fee when they are pathetic and useless
