PATHETIC SERVICE!! Order approved, account debited and NO DELIVERY

I app**** for a mobile contract with Telkom which was pre-approved on 11 August 2017. I was informed that I will receive my order in 5-7 working days. On 15 August my account was debited. After no further communication from Telkom, I phoned on 18 August just to find out my details were never captured (yet they could debit my account???). My details were then captured and I got a message to say my application has been approved and I will receive my phone in 5-7 working days. On 22 August I decided to just follow up again to find out they cant find my order on their system. The lady said she will escalate it and someone will contact me. By the 25th I phoned again as no-one contacted me and I was told my order was cancelled because they don't have any stock. ONE AGAIN I was told they will escalate it and someone was going to call me back. To date NO ONE phoned me!! TELKOM I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO SAY YOU STOLE FROM ME AS YOU TOOK MONEY FROM ME WITH NOTHING IN RETURN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DISGUSTED!!

Hi Yazied It's been 3 days since your response and to date NO-ONE has called me. I contacted Telkom again yesterday after their promise last Thursday (31 August) that my order will be dispatched immediately and that I was going to receive it in 5 days. Guess what - yesterday there was no sign of any order that was dispatched to me or even in the process of being sent to me. I requested my money back several times but every time I am being told my order is getting the highest level of attention and several people has been apologizing for the mess-up but I have had enough of TELKOM. You took my money a month ago and all I have been getting in return is excuses and EMPTY promises!!!!!!!
