Pathetic service ongoing

Terrible experience, pathetic service. You people never delivered a Fibre line package yet charged me since February 2023. I have called numerous times. In June I delt with Amogelang Motjela who assured me they would cancel and remove the listing as well as clear the balance. This was sent to me in writing as I requested it knowing they are useless. Today I receive a call from their lawyers saying acc is handed over and I need to pay up. How is this fair to me as a person who has take numerous steps to have this issue resolved and the account canceled. Yet again today Jane Kanzi in cancelation dept states that it was cancelled in July. Why are your lawyers then calling me...
