PATHETIC SERVICE ONCE MORE

My Telkom lines have now been working on and off for years to an extend that I got a LTE rooter working with a Sim card and satelite. I still have a pre paid land line used for alarm call outs and activations to my house and this was now reported on the 15th June 2015 and again reported not fixed several times<br> <br> For a South African company this is the worst and to say the least pathetic. The call was supposedly given to technician and then vechicles is then short or some **** and bull story is given and just this morning a block away from my house at the board where they always sit and remove cables, call there friend from land line and what ever they do was a miracle as a bakkie was standing at the box and my line was still not fixed<br> <br> I cannot understand why we have to struggle to get this done This CANNOT be right
