Pathetic Service... Once again. No surprise

<p>Once again Telkom has not surprised us by giving us the most pathetic service under the sun. 3 weeks and counting, my phone is not working, i reported the fault 2 weeks later as i had no access to a phone to place the complaint. only after a week did someone contact me. they came to my house yesterday and this guy didnt know what he was doing. i can now make outgoing calls but i still can not receive calls. he left my premises telling me he didnt know whats wrong. i asked him about payment and he said i will have to pay my normal monthly amount which is unfair as i didnt have service most of the month, TELKOM SUCKS</p>
