Pathetic service once again!!!!!!!

Pathetic service!!!!!!

So it has been months that I have struggled with Telkom to take my debit order like the have for the last 4 years I have phoned in I have spoken to the collection agency I have tried it all, so today I payed the the outstanding amount and requested a call back.

A lady phones me back I explained to here I made payment and so on can the please restore my internet connect and she said no 24hrs it will come back on and when I asked for her name she refused to give it to me, so my question is the is that what we as customers can expect from Telkom as a service provider ?
