Pathetic service Once again

Telkom, I am absolutely fed up with you. You don't even deserve one star. Since August 2020 I have been trying to get an updated statement from you people. I have forward proof of payment numerous times (As the last response I got requested it) Now all I get is an automatic reply and then that's it. I made a payment MONTHS ago and it is still not reflecting on your side. I am practically begging every week for an updated statement so I can see what my balance is and yet you people don't give a rats ass about your customers. Hello Peter is now my last resort to get your attention as this is what I had to do the last time I attempted to make contact with you. Absolutely pathetic service.
