Pathetic service once again!!!!!!!

Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic once again, i am absolutely livid at telkom once again, not sure who gives them the right to just debit funds from ones account without any prior communication, their call centre assistants are just as pathetic as their service, my accounr number ***, mobile number ***. Account in arrears 29 april 2020,arrears paid in with reference on 07 may 2020,call again on 15 May, no payment received and debit order of 2404.06 done without any communication. Absolutely the ****tiest service ever. Definitely cancelling my service this time around and moving to another provider. If i was able to i would give zero stars.
