Pathetic service!! ( once again )

<p>I spoke to 3 agents and requested as sms and email to recover my router username/password. The ONLY advice they gave me was reset your router!!! It does bot work. The default username/password does not work. </p> <p> </p> <p>Tell me what I must do to receive service??? Cause according to me I have followed all the correct paths with NO luck.... so where els must I go to get help to resolve the issue.</p>
