Pathetic service once again!!!

<p>This is now numerous times we have contacted the call centre numerous occasions and still the matter has not been resolved! On previous occasions there was confirmed that they can provide us with a letter indicating all necessary information to date almost 3 weeks ago no information has been send to me as yet I have not received the contract as well ! Once again we have contacted the call center and again we have not received the requested information from Patience as promised!!! I would not recommend Telkom mobile for any one is the most pathetic *********** service I have ever experienced! TELKOM KOLLENADE RETAIL PARK "Frikkie" and Yevette Joseph ********** 257 two of the most *********** employees in customer service ever !! </p>
