Pathetic Service on Delivery, 7 working days?????

<p>I recently ordered a moble deive to which I was Debited forand also advised that they will notify me on the delivery from 5-7 working days. Today has been the 7th working , I have awaited for this notification and still nothing, Instead I would sit for hours calling Sales to advise and call would just be on hold for 2 hours as I have now wasted my time and money getting through to Telkom. I don't know why I should contact them as they are suppose to cotact me directly as I am a customer of them now due to my Debit order going off.</p>
