Pathetic service on credit refunds ***2 Case number

Pathetic service I’ve never encountered a company this bad at rendering a service all they care about is their money and they constantly debiting incorrect amounts and when I call and have it resolved they don’t show the same energy. I have been battling for 3 weeks with endless phone calls and emails yet each call I’m reminded of a 21 day turn around everytime. The credit is available and confirmed on the call however it’s a struggle to get it back. The notes left on their system does not correspond with the rest of the calls. Also the attitudes some of these consultants are disrespectfully pathetic. No telephone etiquette, how about stop focusing on incorrect debits and start investing in call centre training. Are these consultants not even clued up on working in finance? A simple EFT takes maximum 2-3 working days not weeks. It’s the only company where one cannot speak to a manager available.
