Pathetic service, no wait! Actually no service 😕

I placed an upgrade order on the 5th of December and have had no call back from Telkom, I tried calling but apparently if u have not received a call back or spoken to an agent, no one can give me an update. The department that I need to speak to apparently cannot receive calls. Please explain how on earth does this make sense!
