Pathetic Service....No results

<p>This must be the worst service provider throughout SA...YOU LOG CALLS...THEY APOLOGIZE....GIVE YOU A REFERANCE NUMBER...PROMISE TO PHONE YOU BACK...then conveniently the call is closed and they SMS you to say log resolved...WHAT A JOKE...After 10 logs pending from February 2016 the problem has not been resolved....you log another call and guess what...it is closed again....Telkom promises you that they will refund you while your line is down...WHAT FALSE ADVERTISING....YOU ARE BILLED IRRESPECTIVE....and the clown handling the Telkom cpomplaint is a bigger joke....THE LOG HAS BEEN ESCALATED ............TO WHO??????????????????????????????? what a bunch of clowns????????????</p>
