Pathetic service, no response received

<p>My 5Gb of data was depleted in less than 1 week but it usually lasts for at least 4 weeks. After spending almost 2 hours on the phone, I managed to log a call requesting a list of email addresses that large emails of volumes of emails were sent to. Reference no ********** 9. I was assured that I would be contacted within 72 hours or about 3 days. So far, more than 6 days have passed their service level agreement and no one has responded. To take more than 10 days to respond to a request is PATHETIC SERVICE. I cannot wait for fibre in my area. I certainly would place Telkom low on my list of service provider. </p>
